I chose RGB Direct for their competitive pricing Ive had this vacuum for about 15 weeks now and Im really impressed with its performance I usually keep it on low power to save battery and it still works effectively With two dogs and a cat dealing with pet hair is a constant challenge but this vacuum handles it exceptionally well Im quite pleased and would rate it around 55 stars overall
