I was informed bit sceptical when I ordered the bose sounds touch 120 because of the poor reviews I read about RGB direct. However, it turned out those reviews were completely baseless. When I called to confirm th product the customer service was excellent and I received the product quicker and even 50 pound more cheaper than anywhere else. Well done RGB
