went to the ilford showroom to get a demo of the sony SVRHDT500 freeview recorder. to my supprise the box was connected and i was shown the channel guide. i was pleased to see how easy it was to record from the tv guide and how to retrieve the recorded programmes. really good service from an independant company.

This Sony DVR is wonderful the picture quality is great even in SD but in HD is amazing. The EPG loads quickly with no waiting. The recording is great with no skipping or jumping and the player know exactly when it starts so it saves space on the HDD and time for you so you dont have to skip to the beggining of your programme.Very easy to use and great quality.Great power saving feature too as it puts itself on stand by when you turn off your TV.Found it at a great price at RGB Direct got free delivery & got it delivered in 3 days what more cau you ask wonderful product wonderful service will use them again.
