Hello, I have recently bought a Panasonic 4K TV from your Loughton branch and would request you to please post my review comments in your website. Review: As an AV enthusiast, I have been quite smitten by 4K video quality but never took the step forward to buy a 4K TV as the 4K standards were all over the place. Since the formation of the UHD alliance in Dec 2015 and the news from CES on HDR, I realised 2016 will be the year of 4K and began the research for my perfect TV. One TV that stood out in the news was Panasonic's flagship DX902. Having owned Panny's plasma earlier, this was a known brand and I could relate to the reviews when it said "natural" skin tones. I decided against waiting for LG's OLED and go for the DX902 instead. Having decided on the TV, my next decision was to figure out where I want to buy it from. This is when I decided to pay a visit to RGB Direct in Loughton. This is a nice store located in a quiet locale. The store manager was cordial, professional and knowledgeable about the product and was also able to talk me through the comparison of it with another freshly launched 4K TV from a formidable brand. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience in seeing the TV in real and interacting with the store manager. When a customer has an option to buy a product from across so many stores, the experience that I had at RGB proved the point that it's not the store in itself, but, the staff in the store that can either pull or lose customers - to this effect, thank you to the store manager Mr. Dean White. Before this review is mistaken to be a review of the store, let me say that I received delivery of my much awaited 58DX902B as promised. As I had only seen the 65 inch model at the store, I was expecting the 58 inch to be around the same proportions of a 55 inch. However, @58 inches, this TV is quite a big screen and turned out to be a perfect balance for those who want something in between a 55 and 65 inch. With size comes weight. Needs at least 2 people to unpack it and set it up. The pedestal in itself is so sturdy and well made and while others may feel differently, I simply loved the TV's slight incline especially when viewed from the side. After setting it up, what I played on it first was a music video on YouTube in full HD. I was spell bound with the picture quality at just full HD and couldn't wait to see what a 4K signal would like. Luckily, there are some 4K video clips that are available on YouTube and you must see it to believe it. So far, I have watched several 4K video clips and even ones with HDR and this is where this TV shines. Netflix 4K content is superb too. Consistent with TV's of this nature, you will be rewarded if you feed it high quality input and I can't wait to see what the DMP-UB900 has in store for me (to be bought from RGB). Nevertheless, when you feed it full HD input, the TV's advanced video upscaling technology does a good job for those occasions when you are not watching 4K. The sound quality of the TV is also far better than any other TV that I have come across so far. With so many positives, is there anything that is not quite right. Unfortunately yes. There are 2 vertical bands that are quite distracting when a light coloured background is being played on the screen (I am keeping a watch on it to see if this is always present or only at times). Given that most owners of this TV would watch it with a critical eye, this is a bit of a disappointment. The other issue that I have had is that I cannot seem to insert the optical cable at the back of the TV (strange). Apart from this, I am really happy with my purchase and will highly recommend this TV. Regards, Lakshmanan Sent from my iPhone

sooo pleased with my new Panasonic TX65DX902b, easy to hang on the wall, easy to set up and the out of box picture quality is breathtaking, add in 4k streams from Netflix and its almost heaven. The TV is packed with the latest technology and should keep me futureproofed for the foreseeable future and that should please the wife. I havent found the need to adjust any of the default settings as yet.
