I had been doing my home work on this TV for a few weeks and decided to pay a visit to the Ilford store as recommended by a colleague i was met by Jas who was very good in reassuring me that this TV was the right one for me. What attracted me to this set was its ultra slim line design and sharp picture. It looks brilliant on my wall. Well done Jas thanks for talking me into purchasing this TV, GREAT SERVICE!!

Most of our electrical goods have came from John lewis, until we came across this little gold mine in Loughton called RGB. The store is situated just on the outskirts of the town so parking is nice and easy, The store was well stocked and had some great products on display, I was welcomed by the Store Manager Dean who helped me decided which TV best suited me for what I wanted. Unlike most stores they will try to sell you what they want too, but not Dean he spent time with me and was able to answer my questions fully. The TV in itself is fantastic, even on standard aerial it is amazing so much detail. If I could rate this company higher than 5 star I would. Well done RGB

too bright in normal viewing mode. I switched it to cinema mode and all was fine. Smart TV functions are powerful but it has crashed twice and becomes non responsive on USB connected devices and netflix. great pictures though very happy with purchase.
