Thank you to Nina for the (washing machine purchased) and Paul for (Fridge Freezer)
I wanted to purchase a washing machine.
I was not able to find the fridge freezer anywhere. I approached RGB Direct as i had previously approached them where the staff Paul was really understanding and went that extra mile to care for his customers.
Nina who was the rep i spoke to was very understanding and customer focus and even though they were not able to price match on this occassion, however they did offer other discounts.
They have previously been able to price match other products which i have wanted to purhase and purchased
I would use them again and would say great staff, great service and will use again. |

I phoned up after being let down by a high street company for a tv I wanted. Anwar took my call and he was fantastic, they didnt have the tv i wanted but he sold me another which was delivered within 3 days and is awesome! Great staff, great service, will use again! |

Regarding my recent visit to your Ilford store.On visiting your store on 3/3/13 to get some advise on purchasing a Surround System (this being I have no clue about). I was approached by a man called Edward Lawrence who asked if I needed any help. I explained to him roughly what I want and must say he is an ablolute credit to your company. I found Edward to be extremely helpful, advisable, not at all a pushy salesman, very polite, explained everything in detail and went beyond to help me with what I needed.
I own a company myself and wish my staff was just like him.
I have since recommended your Ilford store to family and friends and would most definatly return myself.

LG Smart TV ordered on Boxing Day and arrived on New Years Eve. After setting it up we immediately found a screen fault, rang RGB and Dave dealt with the issue promptly - it would be exchanged. Replacement came by return after the courier collected the faulty set. We are now very satisfied with the product and the price (same as Currys but Currys were advertising a sale price on a product not in stock!). Excellent service from RGB. |

I was actually surprised my product was handled so well when my initial order started off confusingly. Because my product was out of stock I was asked to reply to an email to continue with my order, which I did, but somehow this was never acknowledged and a further two emails reinstated my order. It was then handled excellently. I was suprised I was called to fix a delivery date. I was surprised the product was delivered sooner than anticipated. And I was surprised at how well everything did go with the Rgbdirect order and I shall be using them again if I wish to purchase something else. Their price was also competitive as was their delivery charge. Well done! |

After having had a very poor experience trying to buy a 3d tv from another online retailer I rang RGB and spoke to Nina who told me that they had the particular model I wanted in stock. I explained that I couldn't buy the tv until my refund from the previous debacle came through to which she said no problem I'll reserve the stock and ring me back when your funds are cleared.
I rang back 5 days later and even though the tv was £50 cheaper than AD and had free delivery it arrived next day.
Highly recommend this company for their courtesy, professionalism and pricing . |

Have only once made larger purchase online, a tent, and when tent wasn't okay after first use, I found it hard to follow up, there was no actual shop, nobody to speak to. Chose RGB Direct bec. Ive been going to RGB for several years now and never felt short changed.
Ive purchased all my appliances from an American fridge freezer to a Sony Bravia 46inch.
Ajay and Dean are very clued up on the latest equipment and i trust there judgment on all what they have to sell.
Basically I very much recommend shopping in RGB cause there prices match the likes of Tottenham court road.
One very happy customer.

My son Wanted to buy a bose speaker bar, and we went to a few stores and decided it was what he was looking for. We stopped off at RGB Direct in loughton essex, it was the same price £1300 i think it was the same everywhere, after getting a great demonstration and also getting great advice which is more than can be said for some of the others, we decided to jump in and buy it. £1300 is a lot of money but the sound that comes from just that bar is fantastic, would buy bose again and will deffinatly go and see RGB.

Bought an LG 42LM620T In the shop while talking to the salesman he said works better over ethernet than WiFI. Salesman was spot on although TV was great when using SMART TV over WiFi using LG Dongle although said connected was not great.and kept dropping out. Plugged in a TPLink Powerline adapter to run over Ethernet and works fine. Only disppointment with purchase is LG lack of support for Flash Player so cannot watch ITV player or 4OD withouthout plugging in laptop whcich seems to detract from having a so called Smart TV. |

I was looking for a bluray player to go with my tv and decided to pop down to my local rgb, i told the sales person what i wanted and he was happy to help in advising me what to go for. I purchased the Sony BDPS490 it is a great bluray player for the money, the sale person also told me that this would also give me some smart functions which i could then use on my tv which is great seeing as my tv is not a smart tv. I can honestly say that i have been very please with the treatment which i recived from rgb thank you so much. |

what a wonderfull experience i had coming into the store at the Ilford branch , was looking at the big screen offers and what choice on display,ended up with the new Samsung UE75ES9000 ,saved pounds and they even gave 2 HDMI leads and to top it up an extra set of 3D glasses free . I decided to treat myself to a cinema system to go with my tv, Dean from rgb in loughton was extreamly helpful in putting me in the right direction. After a short listen to several systems Dean recommended the Bose sound bar, upon first viewing the product i noticed the price of £1300 which seemed quiet high, however when he played me a demonstration i couldnt beleve all that sound from that bar! Rgb was the cheapest I could find which is always a bit of a worry when its LOADS cheaper but reading the customer reviews gave me confidence so I placed the order on a Sunday. I dawned on me I didnt check stock so I rang on Monday and my query was delt with quickly and accurately. The item then arrived on Wednesday which was well within their 5 day quoted time.

I am very pleased with this as I only wanted the TV (after somebody reccommended it to me). The TV is exactly what I wanted and the price is superb. The free home cinema is absolutley brilliant! Its a SWEET deal.
The whole service was very good from actually buying it, to delivery. I cant fault anything at all. The delivery was on time and also free of charge.
Id highly reccomend this firm as this isnt the only deal they currently have. Theres quite a lot more.
The 3D home cinema is a very good product aswell and sounds really good.

The sale prices are genuine and very affordable me and my husband spent a lot of time researching TVs and shopping around and rgb constantly came up with the most competitive prices, the delivey was A class arriving within 2 days, and the price was outsanding, and on top of that we even got a free HDMI cable along with the TV which was an absolute bonus, the website was easy to use and the cable was automatically added in our basket, rather then having to select it maunaully , This was a problem I faced on other websites which can be quite annoying,

I ordered a Beko tumble dryer (listed on Argos for £261 + delivery) And found the exact same model on RGB Direct for £189!
We decided on the 10 day delivery (Argos was 7), which was £25 and the taking away of our old dryer, so even with this, we were still about £40 better off than Argos. So this order was placed on a Sunday, Monday afternoon i had a call from them saying if i could upgrade the delivery for next day delivery for £15 (that service is £64) However i declined, he went away, came back and said don't worry we will do it free tomorrow!
So i received my order exactly 48 hours after it being placed.

I called the mail order line on Monday to order a Samsung 46" LED tv.
The assistant that picked up the call (Nina) was excellent. She was knowledgeable about the product range and was extremely helpful when arranging the delivery.
The delivery dept was excellent also, I received a call the day before delivery, and a second call about an hour before delivery.

Fantastic service, great website, great products! Ordered a Samsung 37" LCD from RGB. First, it was the cheapest I found anywhere by at least £30, and I did some serious research. Second, I picked the free delivery option, ordered on Saturday evening via the website, RGB called on bank holiday Monday to confirm delivery for Tuesday! TV arrived exactly when they said it would, and the delivery guys were great. They took the TV out of the box so I could check condition, perfect. Really cannot fault RGB. Fingers crossed the TV behaves itself. However, this 37" Samsung replaces a 32" Samsung LCD, I have had for five years without incident, so have no worries there. Will be buying my Home Cinema system from RGB as a result of this experience. |

Bit hard to get through to Logisitcs department when trying to confirm delivery date after they called me, (unfortunately I missed their call). But RGB Customer department sorted that for me. Only grumble was the cost of delivery. 80.00 bit steep. RGB explained it was to do with the need for the special delivery requirments due to the size of the TV, however courrier only turned up with one guy, despite the TVs box & paper work indicating two persons required. If my sone had not been home, my TV wouldnt have been delivered as my wife wouldnt have been able to assist the delivery driver.
So impressed with RGB Direct that Im purchasing my mothers new TV & Blue Ray player with them. |

everything fine with RGB. Ordered TV on internet in evening for agreed price of £375. Something went wrong with acceptance of card. RGB sent e-mail asking me to phone to sort it. Did so. Order arrived and I was charged £419.01. Phoned to omplain and was told"Hard luck the price went up" . I explained that if I had been told this over the phone I would have gone somewhere else. Still no joy!! Eventually I was offered £20 refund but I doubt that it will turn up. I will however publicise the treatment that I received everywhere that I can and if it costs RGB just one customer then it will be worth it. PS I KNOW THIS WONT BE PUBLISHED BUT I STILL ENJOYED DOING IT!!!! |

First class service. I intended to place an on-line order last Friday 9th Oct and had a minor specification query so called the store. Really helpful, confirmed the stock levels were accurate and that delivery was possible for Monday. Paul took the order over the phone .... and the goods arrived on 12th as promised. Great service, no issues and I would use again without hestiation and recommend to friends or family ! .... great price as well

I ordered a samsung series 6 lcd tv which was delayed for some weeks (due to finance company not RGB), when the finance papers came through to RGB I got a call from Nina who finalized my order in a friendly and professional manner, she was extremely helpful. My tv was delivered promptly and I am very pleased with the tv. I will certainly use RGB again. Highly recommended company. |

Brilliant customer service firstly from Shaz who was really helpful and patient in helping me select the best TV and Bluray package for me and secondly from Vijay the Dispatch Manager who really went the extra mile to ensure I received my equipment on the only day I could be at home to receive it. Its a great company to deal with and I would certainly use them again. |

I found rgbdirect by chance whilst comparing prices online. Thank goodness I did because the TV I wanted was over £150 cheaper than all the main high street dealers and noone could match it! Because they were unknown to me it was reassuring to be told by someone who worked for a well known electrical retailer that they knew of rgb and were honest enough to admit they couldnt compete on price and they were very reputable.
After placing my order I was kept constantly informed of progress via email, telephone and text. I was particularly impressed with the fact that they used their own delivery drivers and how helpful the gentleman was. I live on the 8th floor in a block of apartments and due to past experience, I never expected him to offer bringing it right up to my flat. Not only did he do this willingly, he also surprised me by asking if I would like it installed and set up! Usually most companies charge extra for this. He also ensured we took the TV out of the packaging to check it was undamaged before getting me to sign my acceptance of the goods.
I cannot recommend rgbdirect highly enough. I have made sure all my friends know where I bought from so they can check out the website when they next upgrade their AV equipment. I must admit I got such a good deal I wish Id treated myself and gone for something bigger! Oh well, next time!

After phoning around and going online to the major stores ie John Lewis, Comet, Currys, Empire Direct and more, RGB direct was the only company who could supply me the television i wanted on the day or deliver a within 24hrs together with a very competitive price. I decided to pick up my new TV at the Ilford shop and received excellent customer service from Paul. |

After an initial glitch with supply of SAMSUNG TV, Nina stepped in and saved the day.Received SONY TV day after ordering; original package including 5 year warranty honoured. Cannot say fairer than that.As a bit of a dinosaur wrt new technology, I am delighted that RGB lived up to the excellent recommendations from my nephew and friends.Would use again. |

Well worth collecting from their real store in Ilford. Good demo facilities and high stock levels. Park right outside too. They are a real Panasonic dealer so warranty deals are available.
