The sound on this model TV is as good if not better than any Panasonic TV that i have had before. I always had Panasonice before because the sound was always superior but this Sony is the equal at the very least.

KDL42W653 Very happy with the television, and also top marks for the customer support, the picture is very smooth with no distortion, which means that all my football matches i watch are in perfect quality, im guessing the 200Hz make a big difference, thank you sony and rgb for the great product, menu is very simple to use and set up easy as pie.
