WOW! I purchased a Sony KDL46HX853 3D tv from RGB after going from store to store having suffered poor service and non existant knowledge from their sales staff. At RGB in Ilford i was greated by Ed the salesman there who gave me a thorough demonstation of this tv without putting any pressure on me. I wasnt to botheed about the 3D part of the tv but after Eds demonstration, i was hooked and i also bought a Sony 3D blu ray too! Ed also gave me the registration form for the sony tvs FREE 5 years guarantee. Great service and price.

This set has a truly detailed picture and i like the new design and with built in HD tuner, i dont have cables allover the floor .

This Sony is excellent on Sd/Hd & 3d the TV is very slim & builtin wifi so easy to get connected for online content & with ps3 its a complete entertainment center,RGB helped with my purchase thank you.
