I am a new customer to RGB but I have found them to be both helpful and knowledgeable with regard to this product. I am very pleased with the Sony KD65X9305C. Packaging was robust and easy to remove. I must add a special thanks to the delivery service who were very quick and brought the set right up to the second floor (during their lunch break!) 10/10 all round. I will be looking to RGB for future purchases.
