Bought this to update my dyson dc 25 animal now 5 years old had to empty bin after vacuuming once so excellent on pick up found it harder to get to tools but I would say it the best dyson I have had

Excellent service from rgb. Easy site to order from & was the cheapest price I could find for the Dyson I ordered. Less happy with the delivery firm. Had to do some chasing around & not received in the 4 day delivery window. Ordered Tuesday & collected quite quickly from rgb for delivery but then stuck in their local depot from 0600 hrs Saturday til delivery Tuesday morning - so 7 days in all (but including a weekend). Dyson vacuum cleaner is great!

I have always had Dysons & wanted to replace the downstairs model. After much research I came the DC41i model which has a turbo 2 way pet tool. This is the ONLY tool I have ever used that does not suck up stuff but removes ALL hair from anything. Truly amazing tool & the hoover although a little heavy picks up great. So please I bought it & RGB was the cheapest with super fast delivery. 5*
