Thank you to Nina for the (washing machine purchased) and Paul for (Fridge Freezer)
I wanted to purchase a washing machine.
I was not able to find the fridge freezer anywhere. I approached RGB Direct as i had previously approached them where the staff Paul was really understanding and went that extra mile to care for his customers.
Nina who was the rep i spoke to was very understanding and customer focus and even though they were not able to price match on this occassion, however they did offer other discounts.
They have previously been able to price match other products which i have wanted to purhase and purchased
I would use them again and would say great staff, great service and will use again. |

I phoned up after being let down by a high street company for a tv I wanted. Anwar took my call and he was fantastic, they didnt have the tv i wanted but he sold me another which was delivered within 3 days and is awesome! Great staff, great service, will use again! |

Regarding my recent visit to your Ilford store.On visiting your store on 3/3/13 to get some advise on purchasing a Surround System (this being I have no clue about). I was approached by a man called Edward Lawrence who asked if I needed any help. I explained to him roughly what I want and must say he is an ablolute credit to your company. I found Edward to be extremely helpful, advisable, not at all a pushy salesman, very polite, explained everything in detail and went beyond to help me with what I needed.
I own a company myself and wish my staff was just like him.
I have since recommended your Ilford store to family and friends and would most definatly return myself.
